If you are looking for a Tracker Intelligence alternative, the right one depends on what you use Tracker for. If it is mostly alerts, a free alert service, or one with published prices, may do. If you want alerts checked against your insurance and certifications, that is what TenderWorthy adds. If you rely on Tracker for more than alerts, staying may be the right call.
TenderWorthy is one of the services compared below. Every claim about another service is dated and linked to its source, and we publish a competitor’s price only when we have captured it from the vendor’s own page. Tracker publishes none, so for Tracker we say so.
How we compare. We follow the rules on comparing identifiable competitors: like-for-like needs, features a reader can verify, and no disparagement (Business Protection from Misleading Marketing Regulations 2008, regulation 4; ASA guidance). Coverage and feature claims are the vendor’s own and are attributed. “Not assessed” means we have not checked this for that vendor, not that the feature is missing. If something here is wrong, tell us and we will correct it.
Tracker in brief
Tracker Intelligence says on its alerts page that its “tender and contract intelligence draws on 880+ sources across 195 countries” (a global figure, not a UK count). It also offers a free tender search (Resources menu, “Free Tender Search”).
Its plans page publishes no prices: Price on request (not published). It lists four plans:
- Iconiq: 1 licence.
- Logiq: 3 licences.
- Dynamiq: 5 licences.
- Analytiq: 5 licences, marked “limited-time offer”.
All four cover the UK and ROI. Tracker’s own terms are a 3-day free trial, and the process is demo-led. All as published on trackerintelligence.com/plans, 11 Oct 2026.
Who should choose Tracker instead (or stay)
Stay with, or choose, Tracker if:
- You need notices from portals we do not collect from. TenderWorthy covers Find a Tender and Contracts Finder only.
- You bid in the Republic of Ireland as well as the UK. Tracker’s plans page states UK and ROI coverage.
- Your team already works in Tracker and the cost is not the issue.
Tracker is a sensible choice for firms that need breadth. Our difference is narrower: what a notice states about your fit.

Tracker Intelligence alternatives and who each suits
Supply2Gov
Supply2Gov’s pricing page shows from £25/month or £270/year (Country):
- Local Area: free (“Free Forever”). Choose a postcode and keywords and view contracts near you. Registration is free.
- Country: £25/month or £270/year. Choose regions and keywords.
- UK: £80/month or £499/year (marked Most Popular). All contracts across the UK.
- UK & Ireland: £95/month or £899/year. The UK and the Republic of Ireland.
VAT is not stated on the pricing cards. All as published on supply2govtenders.co.uk, 11 Oct 2026.
Suits: a micro-business that wants keyword alerts at a smaller scale than Tracker.
Stotles
Stotles says its search “is free and open”, with no sign-up needed to look through notices, and that it draws on “100+ sources, aggregated and deduplicated” (alerts need an account; tenders page), with paid Sales Studio and Bid Studio plans on its pricing page. Prices, as published on stotles.com, 11 Oct 2026:
- Sales Studio: Free £0/mo; Basic from £75–£99/mo (page shows both); Growth from £475/mo; Expert custom.
- Bid Studio: Free £0 (3 lifetime AI bid/no-bid reports); Growth from £495/mo; Expert custom.
The pricing page states no per-user or annual terms.
Suits: teams that want a free, open search across 100+ sources, or Stotles’ Sales Studio and Bid Studio plans.
Tenders Direct
Tenders Direct says on its tender alert service page that “We scan over 500 tender sources each day, and review every notice to verify the requirements”, with alerts “across the UK and Ireland”. Its pricing plans page shows from £1,359 (billing term not stated on page):
- Basic £1,359, Core £2,044 (marked “most popular”), Premium £2,319.
- All three plans have unlimited users. Saved searches are 1, 5 and 100 respectively.
- The page has a 1/2/3-year billing selector but does not state whether a price covers one year or the whole term chosen, and says nothing on VAT. Ask before you compare it with a monthly price.
- Tenders Direct states a 7-day free trial at £0, with 1 user and 1 saved search.
All as published on tendersdirect.co.uk, 11 Oct 2026.
Suits: a firm that wants an alert service with wide source coverage, or a team that wants unlimited users on one plan.
Free Find a Tender alerts
gov.uk’s guide shows how to save a search by notice type, SME suitability and contract location, and get an email when a matching notice is posted. gov.uk says notices are “designed to allow interested parties to look at them free of charge”.
Suits: occasional bidders. See free alerts versus a paid service.
TenderWorthy
TenderWorthy collects from Find a Tender and Contracts Finder, removes duplicates and, on Pro, emails one digest each morning on days with new matches. On Pro, notices that fit your trade and area are compared with your insurance, certifications, turnover and travel radius, using what the notice states. In the week to 10 Oct 2026 only about 6% of live notices stated insurance requirements in the notice itself, so for most notices the insurance level has to be checked in the tender pack (how we check).
Prices: Free, Pro £49/month or £490/year, Team: coming soon (pricing).
Suits: trade and services SMEs who are losing time on tenders they cannot qualify for, and whose buyers publish on Find a Tender or Contracts Finder. Not for: anyone who needs other portals or award data.
For all of them side by side, see UK tender alert services compared.
Switching checklist
- Export your saved searches and keywords from your current service, and write down your sectors, locations and exclusions.
- Map keywords to CPV codes. The CPV code finder helps you map your keywords to CPV codes, so you can set up the new service on the same footing.
- Check the renewal and notice terms in your own contract before you cancel. We make no claims about Tracker’s terms.
- Run the new service in parallel until you have seen a few weeks of alerts and know nothing you value is missing.
- Get any price in writing. Tracker publishes none, so ask for the currency, whether it is per licence, per user or per account, the billing period and whether VAT is included. Compare like with like.
Check what you actually use first
Before you switch, spend twenty minutes on your own history. It tells you more than any feature list.
- Where did your last five bids or near-misses come from? If every one was published on Find a Tender or Contracts Finder, a service that covers only those two sources would have seen them. If one was on Public Contracts Scotland, Sell2Wales or a buyer’s own portal, it would not (see every UK tender portal).
- Which alerts did you act on in the last three months? If most were never opened, the issue may be filtering rather than coverage.
- Do you use Tracker for more than alerts? If so, a plain alert service is not a like-for-like swap.
Trade marks belong to their owners. TenderWorthy is not affiliated with Tracker Intelligence, Supply2Gov, Stotles or Tenders Direct.
Questions
How much does Tracker Intelligence cost?
Tracker's plans page (trackerintelligence.com/plans) publishes no prices: Price on request (not published), as published on trackerintelligence.com/plans, 11 Oct 2026. The page lists four plans, Iconiq (1 licence), Logiq (3 licences), Dynamiq (5 licences) and Analytiq (5 licences, marked as a limited-time offer), all with UK and ROI coverage. We do not quote third-party estimates, only what the vendor publishes.
Is there a free alternative to Tracker?
Yes. Find a Tender lets you save a search and get an email when a matching notice is posted, and gov.uk says notices are "designed to allow interested parties to look at them free of charge". Contracts Finder offers email updates and saved searches with an account. Tracker also offers a free tender search (Resources menu, "Free Tender Search"), so compare that too.
Can I cancel Tracker mid-contract?
That depends on the contract you signed, so read your own agreement and any renewal or notice terms in it. We make no claims about Tracker's terms. If you are weighing a switch, run another service in parallel before the renewal date.
Does TenderWorthy cover as many sources as Tracker?
No. TenderWorthy collects from Find a Tender and Contracts Finder only. Tracker says its tender and contract intelligence draws on 880+ sources across 195 countries, a global figure rather than a UK count. If you rely on portals such as Public Contracts Scotland or Sell2Wales, TenderWorthy is not a replacement on its own.
