Plain-English summary

This summary is for convenience and is not part of the legal terms.

  • On Pro, TenderWorthy emails you UK public tenders that fit your trade and area, checked against what each states about insurance, certifications, location and turnover. A free weekly list is starting soon. Team is coming soon and cannot be bought yet.
  • It is a research aid. We do not promise that it finds every tender, that you are eligible for any tender, or that you will win one. You must read the official notice and tender documents before you bid.
  • You are responsible for keeping your profile accurate.
  • Plans and prices are on the pricing page. Payments run through Stripe.
  • English law applies.

Who we are and who these terms are for

These terms are between you and Marble Cage Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17529115), registered office 82, Suite A James Carter Road, Mildenhall, United Kingdom, IP28 7DE (“we”, “us”). Contact: hello@tenderworthy.co.uk. TenderWorthy is for business use only. By signing up you confirm you are buying for your trade, business or profession. Sole traders are treated as business customers.

The service

On Pro, we collect notices published on Find a Tender and Contracts Finder, compare those that fit your trade and area with your profile (the fit check), and email you a digest each morning (UK time) on days with new matches; the time it arrives can vary. On Mondays, if you had no digest in the previous seven days, we may also send one short “closest matches” email.

The check is based on what each notice states. Many requirements are in the tender documents, which we do not read, so a result is not a statement that you are or are not eligible. We do not guarantee that our data is complete, accurate or up to date, that any notice is within our coverage, or that you will be eligible for or win a contract. Always read the official notice and tender documents before you bid. See our methodology for what our checks can and cannot see.

The free weekly list, free onboarding emails, the Team plan and the eligibility checker are not yet available. The Team plan cannot be bought.

Matches

Matches are produced partly by an AI model and can be wrong or incomplete. They are a research aid, not advice. You are responsible for reading each source notice and deciding whether to bid. We do not promise that the service will find every relevant opportunity.

Sources we rely on

The service relies on Find a Tender, Contracts Finder and links to them. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability or changes to them. If a source is unavailable or wrong, digests may be late, incomplete or wrong. Always check deadlines and requirements on the source notice.

Accounts and your profile

You must give accurate information and keep your profile up to date. Results depend on it. Keep your sign-in details to yourself.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe.

Pro costs £49 a month or £490 a year. The monthly plan includes a 14-day free trial. We take your card details at sign-up. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, we will charge £49 on day 15 and then monthly. The annual plan has no trial. Your plan renews automatically at the end of each monthly or annual period, and we will charge your card the price then in force, until you cancel. We will email you before your trial ends and before each annual renewal.

We are not VAT-registered, so no VAT is charged. The price shown is the total you pay. If we become VAT-registered, VAT will be added to the price at the applicable rate. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email and you may cancel before it applies.

We may change our prices on at least 30 days’ notice by email. A change takes effect from your next billing period (for annual plans, from your next renewal date). You may cancel before it takes effect.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your dashboard through Stripe’s billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep access until then. Cancelling stops future renewals. It does not end the current period early. Cancelling during the free trial ends the trial and you will not be charged.

Refunds

We do not give refunds for part-used periods, except where the law requires one. We may give a refund at our discretion.

Acceptable use

Do not copy, scrape or resell our digests or data, share one account between people outside your plan, or use the service to break the law or interfere with it.

Licence and ownership

While your plan is active, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the digests and dashboard for your own business. You must not resell, republish or share them outside your organisation, or scrape or copy the service. We and our licensors own all rights in the service, its software, its matching results and the way it compiles data. Notice data from public sources remains subject to its own licence.

Public data

Tender notices are public-sector information published by the buyers on official services. We link to the official source for each notice. The official notice is always the authority.

Tender notices from Find a Tender and Contracts Finder contain public sector information licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0. The licence does not cover personal data in notices, logos, or third-party material such as documents buyers attach. We link to those on the official source rather than copy them.

Liability

Our total liability to you under or in connection with these terms is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim and (b) £500. We are not liable for any loss of profit, revenue, contracts, bids, tenders or business opportunities, or for any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

Suspension and ending

We may suspend or end your account immediately by email if (a) a payment is not made within 7 days of its due date, (b) you materially breach these terms and, where the breach can be fixed, do not fix it within 14 days of our notice, or (c) you use the service unlawfully or in a way that harms it or others. We may also end the service for everyone on 30 days’ notice, refunding any prepaid fees for the period after it ends.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

General

  • Notices. We will send notices to the email on your account; you may send them to hello@tenderworthy.co.uk. Email notices are received when sent, unless we get a delivery failure.
  • Changes to terms. We may change these terms on 30 days’ email notice. Changes apply from your next billing period. If you do not agree, you may cancel before then.
  • Assignment. You may not transfer this contract without our consent. We may transfer it to another company that takes over the service, and will tell you.
  • Entire agreement. These terms are the whole agreement between us about the service and replace anything said before. Nothing in this clause limits liability for fraudulent misrepresentation.
  • Severance. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues in force.
  • Force majeure. Neither of us is liable for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including failures of source websites, hosting or email providers.
  • Third-party rights. No one other than you and us has any right to enforce these terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
