The alerts

Where do your tenders come from?

From Find a Tender and Contracts Finder, the two government services for public notices, deduplicated across both. We collect new and updated notices every night. See our methodology for the detail.

When do alerts arrive?

Pro gets one email each morning on any day with new matches. The free plan is a weekly list for one sector, starting soon.

Will I get an email on days with no new matches?

On Pro, not usually. On Mondays, if you had no daily digest in the previous seven days, we send one “closest matches” email. It lists up to three notices that are still open and either more than three days from closing or with no closing date, checked against your profile in the past week, that did not make a digest and have not been emailed to you in the past 120 days, each with its fit notes and any flags to check before bidding. If there are none, we send nothing.

How many alerts will I get?

It depends on your trade and area, and we do not promise a number. For scale: in the week to 10 Oct 2026, 470 live tenders were published or updated across all sectors, 119 of them in construction, 68 in health and social care and 52 in business services (as of 10 Oct 2026).

Do you cover Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland?

Partly. Find a Tender and Contracts Finder carry notices from across the UK: in the week to 10 Oct 2026, 41 notices named Wales, 21 Scotland and 8 Northern Ireland as the delivery region (as of 10 Oct 2026). Many buyers there also publish on Public Contracts Scotland, Sell2Wales, eSourcing NI and eTendersNI, and we do not collect from those yet.

The fit check

What do you check?

On Pro, what notices that fit your trade and area state about insurance levels, certifications, location against your postcode and travel radius (where we can work out the distance), turnover and lots, compared with your profile.

What happens to requirements that are only in the tender pack?

We work from the notice, not the pack. Many requirements sit only in the pack. Where a requirement the notice makes mandatory is vague or points to the pack, we flag it to confirm there. A vague requirement the notice does not make mandatory is not flagged. Anything a notice does not mention is not checked, so read the pack.

What does “confirm in the tender pack” mean?

The notice is vague about a mandatory requirement, or points to documents we have not read, or your profile has no level recorded for an insurance cover it makes mandatory. It is never a pass. In your email it appears as a “CHECK TENDER PACK” flag. In the week to 10 Oct 2026, only about 6% of live notices stated insurance requirements in the notice itself (as of 10 Oct 2026).

Can it be wrong?

Yes. A language model reads the notice text and can misread it. That is why fixed rules do the comparison for insurance levels, common certifications and location (where we can work out the distance), uncertain points are flagged, and every alert links to the official notice so you can check it.

Plans and billing

What is in the Free plan?

A weekly list for one sector, as an unchecked list of live notices. It is starting soon. It does not include the fit check.

What about the Team plan?

Team is coming soon and cannot be bought yet. Pro is available now.

Is there a free trial?

Pro is £49/month with a 14-day free trial. We take card details when you start Pro and the first payment is on day 15. Cancel any time from your dashboard; cancel before day 15 and you pay nothing. Annual £490 (two months free) has no trial.

Your data

What do you store about me?

When you sign up we collect your email address, sector or CPV codes, postcode, travel radius, your marketing preference and where you came from (the page you first landed on, the referring site, any campaign tags in the link and when you first visited). Pro also needs your company name and a statement of what you do, and you can add insurance levels, certifications, turnover and a website. Card payments are handled by Stripe and we do not store card numbers. The privacy policy explains how we use it.

How do I unsubscribe?

There is an unsubscribe link in every email. Opening it shows a confirmation page. In an alert or weekly-list email, confirming stops those emails. In a tips-and-offers email, it stops only tips and offers. Neither cancels Pro; to cancel, use your dashboard.
